Had an emergency with the boiler not working, he couldn't come to resolve the problem that day as was fully booked but he stopped his van there and then to talk me through the likely faults, taking time and effort out of his valuable day for no reward. Also recommended another engineer who could come out same day and resolve. What a local hero!
