  We wanted a wood burner installing in the corner of our conservatory so Bob and Danni came round - Bob suggested a different place for the stove which we hadn't even considered - he opened the showroom up specially for us on a Sunday, let us view the stoves he has in his own house and after a few conversations and a recommendation from a work colleague, Bob installed our stove - there was no pressure from him about making any decisions at any time and the service he provided from initial enquiry to the fitting was second to none, working late into the evening because rain nearly stopped play! He's a likeable down to earth chap as long as he's kept fuelled with coffee! Could have had the work done cheaper elsewhere but very satisified with our stove and all at the company that we dealt with - would definetely recommend them
